You must agree to accept and comply with the Official Rules to participate in the Sweepstakes.
- LIMITATIONS ON ELIGIBILITY/AVAILABILITY OF SWEEPSTAKES:
Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the State of Florida age 18 or older.
Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents, and children and
their spouses) of Barnard Nut Co, involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM Eastern Time (ET) on December 9th, 2009
and ends at 11:59PM ET on February 1st, 2010 ("Entry Period").
- SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Barnard Nut Co. The administrator of the sweepstakes is Barnard Nut Co.
- HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase or improve your chance of winning.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES DEADLINE.
- PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
5 Grand Prizes, winners will each receive one (1) Jar Full of Janies Candies.
Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize.
All prizes will be awarded.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.
- WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will take place within 10 business days after the Sweepstakes entry
deadline from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator at the
Administration address. The decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator by telephone (if available), email and
by a one-time publication of the names of the winners in the Barnard Nuts Website.
- DISPUTES: No disputes are acepted
- GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the
Sweepstakes if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these official rules.
